Our Commitment to Sustainable Cleaning
At White Spot Group, sustainability is not a side initiative – it is built into how we clean, maintain, and protect every site we care for. As a national commercial cleaning and facility services partner, we recognise our responsibility to minimise environmental impact while supporting healthier, safer workplaces for our clients, their teams, and the communities around them.
From the products we select to the way we train our people and manage our operations, we focus on practical, measurable actions rather than green “claims”. Our teams are guided by clear standards, procedures, and reporting so that every contract can demonstrate real progress towards cleaner, more sustainable outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

Certified Environmental Management
Our Environmental Management System (EMS) is established, documented, implemented and continually improved in line with AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015. It provides the framework we use to identify and manage environmental risks, set measurable objectives, and ensure that our cleaning and facility services minimise impact across every site we look after.
The EMS forms part of White Spot Group’s integrated management system, working alongside our ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 45001 Safety Management certifications. This integrated approach gives clients the assurance that environmental performance, service quality and workplace health and safety are managed under consistent, auditable standards across all contracts.
For added transparency, we publish key information about our certifications on this page – including current certification status for ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, the scope of each certification, and our external audit schedule. Clients can also view and download our latest certificates as PDFs, providing clear evidence of compliance for internal governance, procurement and regulatory requirements.
